A place for young children (aged 12 months to 5 years) to learn and grow
We understand that each child is unique. Through varied and exciting activities, Bizzi Kids Day Nursery will help your child to discover and develop their own abilities. Our care program not only provides a place to learn and gain new experiences, it is also promotes mutual trust and rewards responsible behaviour. We actively encourage an awareness of the wider community and cooperation, courtesy and common sense.
Following your child's development is easy with us. Each child is provided with a learning diary that includes photographs of what they've been doing and the activities they have taken part in. On a monthly basis, you'll also receive an email with links to the EYFS, their progression and the next steps for your child.
A full range of activities provided during day care sessions
During your child's session at nursery we provide a range of stimulating and educational activities. Alongside traditional activities like singing, playing, drawing, dancing and movement we also provide:
- Swimming sessions with an area sectioned off at Taunton pool (a lifeguard is on duty at all times)
- Regular trips to the library
- Excursions to local parks to feed the ducks and swans
- Visits to local cafes and the museum
- Christmas parties with Father Christmas
- Educational visits from the police, vicar and dentist
We want to help children grow up to be culturally aware and Bizzi Kids Day Nursery covers all religious festivals. Our team actively encourage baking and cooking, giving your little one the opportunity to try new and exotic foods.
We also have a whole range of toys for the children to enjoy together along with a private, secure garden for supervised outdoor play. The garden includes a full swing-set, a covered sand table and even bikes and scooters. Outdoor exploration, fresh air and exercise is an important part of our daily routine.

We accept children from 12 months to 5 years old, with a maximum of 10 children per session.

At Bizzi Kids we also use a Tracker App known as Evidence Me. This allows parents to see how their child is progressing through the EYFS curriculum and gives you an overview of how your child spends their time when they are with us. We take great pride in providing peace of mind and reassurance to all parents.
